It is our AGM on Monday 19th February 2024 at 6:30pm in the Garden room of Scawby Village Hall. All members are welcome to attend (refreshments provided!)
About half of the management committee is up for re-election as the positions are for two years. some sub-group representative positions are also up for re-election. These do not attend committee meetings.
You do not have to be a coach or a paddler at all to stand for any of these positions! (except coaching). If you want more of a say in the running of our club, now is your chance to get on the committee! Here are the posts up for re-election:
Management Committee:
- Coaching Officer
- Publicity Officer
- Disciplines Officer
- Building/Equipment Officer
- Bookings/Membership Officer
- General Committee Position No 3: this position has no specific role
- Trips *for one year to it back to a two year cycle
Sub-group Representaives:
- Slalom
- Sprint/Marathon
- Paddle-ability Rep *for one year to it back to a two year cycle
- 2nd Welfare Officer
