Seven of our ladies enjoyed a pleasant paddle in the Katakanu this afternoon thanks to our #shepaddles rep Lydia Heath-Sargent.
They set off north, into the wind ad paddles as far as Castlethorpe Bridge, before returning to the boathouse for cake and tea!
