Neil is Getting Qualified to be a Freestyle Coach (aka Playboating). He needs your Help!

One of our longest serving coaches, Neil Marley, has completed his training to become a qualified freestyle coach, but he now has to complete and log nine sessions before he can be assessed and receive his coaching qualification.

You can help by signing up to attend one or more of our Tuesday evening freestyle sessions. This is not just for those who have done it before, we are also offering places to playboat beginners if you have not tried it before. A good roll is preferable, but if it’s not quite there yet then a 100% reliable T Rescue will do.

Spaces are limited as are the number and sizes of playboat we have (a good fit is critical for playboating).

Freestyle is primarily for moving water where you can use the energy from features to help execute moves, but the basics can be learnt of still water. Here’s a video of Peter at Holme Pierrepont Whitewater course in Nottingham. Click here or on the photo below.
