Marathon/Sprint Training Saturday 30th March
This Saturday we will be starting with Sprint training using the area in front of the club. You will be practicing starts and maintaining effort over distances of 200 and 500 metres. This is all good training for marathon as well. If this all goes smoothly we will then have a longer paddle (either the loop or the pumping station/pylons).
Usual time, 2:00pm, and usual fees apply.
