Marathon Training is on this Saturday at 2pm

I will be leading the session (Sue won’t be there) and it will involve a paddle of slightly over 4 miles for competent marathon paddlers.

The weather is likely to be warm but the weed is rapidly spreading so dress appropriately. Don’t forget a change of clothes!

Cold squash will be available in the club shed but you are advised to make sure you are well hydrated beforehand.

Next Tuesday we will have our normal “pointy boat” session for novices and experienced paddlers.
