Nine GSCC members enjoyed the first club trip since September 2019 (due to Covid), paddling the section of the Chesterfield Canal from Drakeholes to the Boat Inn at Clarborough and back, approx 10 miles.
Iain, Martin, Neil, Tom, David, Daniel, Sam, Emma and Phil enjoyed fantastic weather and scenery. Emma did all 10 miles on a bike along the towpath. (is that allowed in a canoe club?!) with Daniel and Sam each doing a 5 mile section in canoe and on bike.
