British Canoeing Coach Developer and Personal Trainer Pete Catterall will take you step by step through each exercise and each workout.These exercises are perfect for at home workoutโs, creating a golden opportunity to improve our paddling through some physical training.Over 6 weeks Pete brings a new workout, all you need is a bit of space, so everyone can join in at home or in the garden! The workout is split into 3 key areas, strength, cardio and mobility, all aimed at paddlesport. To get the most out of these sessions, aim to repeat 2-5 times per week, depending on how you feel and how much time you have available.
