Thursday night was our annual end of summer season fancy dress torch lit paddle, and what a great night! Well done to everyone who got dressed up! We had nearly 50 paddlers on the water and over 90 for the BBQ! This event gets bigger and bigger every year!
The prize winners are shown below, but judging is only a bit of fun and everyone did really well and looked great. We must thank the unknown gentleman who did the judging, he only came down to have a look at the club with a view to joining! Hope we haven’t put him off!
Thanks of course to mums & dads (and wives) for helping prepare all the fantastic costumes and boat decorations, and to the coaches who provided safety cover, and finally to the catering staff for the food and drinks.
