This year to start the Christmas celebrations off in style, we are having a 10 pin bowling party with buffet, at Warner’s Lanes in Scunthorpe. This is open to all paddlers and their immediate families, especially the kids!!
They have 12 lanes with up to six bowlers per lane, so we can have 96 bowlers, so let’s fill the place!
We also get use of their function room all night so we can have our paddler’s prize presentation there as well. Plus they have a music licence so we can play music too!
The cost is £12 per person, for which you get two games and the buffet. If you are not bowling and only want the buffet, that is £6. We have provisionally said 6:30 pm start as if there are 6 per lane, it can take nearly two hours, but this will be confirmed when we know numbers.
We have selected their cheapest buffet option to keep the cost down as many of you attending will be families. The buffet provided doesn’t have any dessert (on no!!) but we can add that later at extra cost if we want to.
Please let us know as soon as possible how many places you want, as we need to pay a deposit to secure our booking by 8th October, and we need to let Warner’s know how many lanes we need.
We will have a list for you to put your names on in the boathouse from this Tuesday, and Thursday. It will also be available to add your name to during the pool sessions starting next Saturday. Please can you pay the full cost at time of booking? It will be much appreciated.
