Don\u2019t forget we have Lightnings available if you have youngsters who would like to give it a try.&nbsp; 2 miles and they will be escorted.&nbsp; Currently there are 4 entrants for the Geoff Sanders divisions. All competitors get a free soup and roll.<br><br>A great BIG THANK YOU to all those who have volunteered to help run Sunday&#8217;s event. We now have all the key roles covered but can find a job for anyone who turns up on the day. Drinks are FREE to volunteers.<br><br>Please can the Carpark supervisors be there by 10am. All other volunteers please come by 11 at the latest as things start to get a bit hectic after that.<br><br>Jean will be selling hot and cold drinks throughout the day.<br><br>Rachel and Caroline are running the cake stall &#8211; donations of cakes and biscuits still welcome!<br><br>There will be a canoeing kit sale &#8211; if you have anything surplus you would like to sell just put a price and you name on it and bring it along on Sunday morning.
