We currently have one such position (Sally Parker) and this will be the second).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We have extended the deadline for nominations up to the AGM itself&nbsp;on Monday 11th February<br><br>The secretary&#8217;s position is especially important. The primary function is taking minutes at meetings. The secretary does not have a vote.
