Please remember you must be able to paddle round the island without stopping, and wear suitable clothes for the weather, otherwise it is open to all, SUBJECT TO THERE BEING ADEQUATE COACHING COVER!<\/p>\n<p>There will still be indoor circuit training afterwards, starting at approx 7:30pm<\/p>\n<h2>\nThursday Paddles<\/h2>\n<p>We are also introducing the paddle element to the Thursday night training from this Thursday.
