Fancy Dress Torchlit Paddle!
\nThursday 1st\u00a0October<\/h1>\n

Don’t miss our annual end of river season Fancy Dress Torchlit Paddle! Dress up yourself and your boat however you like (but keep it safe, you still need your buoyancy aid!) and finish off with lots of lights (don’t forget your head torch!)<\/p>\n

It is free to paddle and people who have put their\u00a0names down on the list for boats will get priority, but if you are not on the list\u00a0we will do our best to get you on the water.<\/p>\n

Please be at the river for our normal meet time of 6:00pm, but don’t forget to allow plenty of time to decorate your boat and yourself!.\u00a0We will have judging on the bank around 7:00pm before the paddle starts. There are prizes for best paddlers and best boat Then we’ll\u00a0paddle upstream past the railway bridge and return in the dark!!<\/p>\n

Then it’s BBQ time outside the boathouse! If you want BBQ food at \u00a33 per person,\u00a0please let us know by TUESDAY 29th September.<\/p>\n
