Freestyle News
A message from PaddleUK’s freestyle club liaison officer (freestyle.clubliaison@vol.paddleuk.org.uk):
“Hi all Two things I would love to see some of your junior paddlers attend. The trouble is I have left this late, really late.
1. Youth Freestyle Nene 9th May at the Nene. A really top day for junior paddlers of ALL levels. Fun competitions, lots of skill to be taught from top coaches and a chance to start building their own junior
Stop Press!!
One of our coaches, Neil Marley, is currently undergoing training at HPP in Nottingham to be a freestyle coach! That’s our own freestyle coach!!
He has added this message relating to the Freestyle Academy mentioned above
“I might be off to the camp and new for this year we can have multiple applicants as there are spaces. So for was going to ask which club night favours paddlers for coaching in freestyle?
And at some stage soon I will be off to the Tees Barrage man-made course in Middlesbrough for those that can sign themselves in. I can provide some guidance on the water before heading to HPP”
