Big Paddle Cleanup is the last drop down option on the first question.
As part of PaddleUK’s equality, diversity and inclusion strategy, they are asking us to share this very short survey with our volunteer group. This survey collects equality monitoring information, or information about your demographic groups, such as age, gender and if you have a disability.
There is parental consent box built into the form if a young person is completing, and the questions are slightly different to ensure age appropriate data capture.
Paddle UK collects this information in order to understand more about the people engaging with our programmes and initiatives, in this case the Big Paddle Cleanup and to identify areas of under-representation. Paddle UK uses this information to better inform the actions we take in line with our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy, #WePaddleTogether.
