Club Member Sarah Heywood, daughter of your publicity officer and coach Martin, was one of twenty-four women to be selected to participate in a series of #Shepaddles Freestyle weekends at Holme Pierrepont in Nottingham.
The sessions were led by GB Freestyle coaches Tamsyn McConchie and Becky Green and included flatwater and whitewater freestyle and a session on stadium safety.
