Forgot to say, as mentioned at the meeting the RDT can bid for 5 pairs of Olympic tickets. These need to be paid for and will be for slalom or sprint, but I am unsure which dates/races until it is confirmed which tickets (if any) the region has been allocated.
If you know someone from the region who would like a pair of tickets, and has not been successful in getting some already, please email me stating their name, role, and a short sentence saying why they should be considered. The RDT will consider requests, and if nominations exceed tickets allocated, the RDT will decide who will receive the tickets. You can nominate yourself!
I am not sure if I have to provide names at this stage, but the request has to be sent in to head office by 30th June so please let me have nominations this week in case we need to act quickly.
