Indoor training 2024/5 starts in November. If you have booked on can you please pay whenever you see Martin or Gail. You can pay at marathon training this afternoon or at the pool on Saturday evenings.
COST CORRECTION! Below is now correct!
£7 per person for the first 7 week block will be starting on Tuesday 5th November until Tuesday 17 December,
£12 per person for a second longer 12 week block after Xmas will start from Tuesday 7th January to Tuesday 25th March, which would take us to the river season.
£19 for both sessions.
Both will be on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on court 1 in the sports hall and will consist of bench and mat work (so you will need your own fitness mat).
The sessions will be again be expertly led by Donna and Jeff Chappill from LincsQuad.
This is open to all members and their families, not just the marathon squad!
