Our Polo teams have a successful season!

Promotion for both our teams!!

2012/13 season has finally come to a close and both our teams have had a very successful season in both regional and national leagues.

Stingrays

They had a fantastic season finishing 1st in National League Division 4 (North) and as a result they are promoted to division 3. This was against teams from Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and  Durham amongst others and so they did really well.

See http://www.canoepolo.org.uk/index.php/open/div4n-natlge for tables.

They also finished 1st in the regional Yorkshire League Division 2 and are promoted to division 1. This was against teams from Leeds, Hull, and Pennine amongst others, and is another fine achievement.
